Security Deposit
A $250 refundable security deposit must be received to reserve your dates, and will be returned after the house is cleaned and checked. The full amount will be refunded if:

The house is in order |

| |

| |

| |
- No Evidence of smoking or pets
|
|
| |
- TV entertainment center has not been tampered with
|
|
| |
- The check-out procedure has been followed
|
|
| |
- The keys have been returned to the owner
|
|
| |
- There is a $125 cleaning fee, regardless of the length of your stay
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Payment
Full payment is due one month prior to your stay. If reserved less than one month prior, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. Payment should be made by certified check or money order.
Rental Agreement Form
An online rental agreement/receipt will be sent upon receipt of the security deposit. It must be approved "X" and returned prior to your stay. |
