- Send a $250 refundable security deposit check to Jo Mayeda to reserve your dates. Payable to: Jo Mayeda, P.O. Box 519, Aptos, CA 95001-0519.

An online rental agreement/receipt will be sent to confirm your dates and receipt of the security deposit.

The balance is due four weeks prior to your stay or as noted on the rental agreement, and should be paid with a cashier’s check or money order.

Two house keys will be sent two weeks prior to your stay.
- After your visit, return the house keys to Jo Mayeda, P.O. Box 519, Aptos, CA 95001-0519.
- After the cleaning service reports the house was left in good order, no damage or missing items, and the keys are received, your security deposit will be refunded.
